The reorganization integrates Hitachi Vantara and Hitachi&#8217;s IT Platform and Product Management Division, which has been responsible for business development, R&amp;D, and production of data infrastructure solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new <strong>Hitachi Vantara<\/strong> brings together extensive experience in manufacturing infrastructure, storage, and hybrid cloud. This organizational model will enable the company to innovate and adapt to market needs in real time, leveraging its deep knowledge in managing data in mission-critical environments. The announcement comes at a crucial time when emerging technologies like generative AI have led to an exponential growth in data processing demands, posing challenges for many companies that may struggle to keep up with these changes. Recent surveys conducted among IT professionals have highlighted the difficulties many face in managing AI projects and handling the massive amount of data they generate. According to the research, nearly nine out of ten IT professionals (88%) struggle to manage the surge in AI-related requests within their organizations. Another study found that over 75% of enterprises use multiple AI models, with 90% experiencing challenges in integrating AI with other systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>The proliferation of generative artificial intelligence and the increasing demand for processing power required for data processing are accelerating change, and many companies are struggling to keep pace,<\/em>&#8221; said <strong>Sheila Rohra, CEO of Hitachi Vantara<\/strong>. &#8220;<em>Our new phase of business transformation is designed to help us accelerate execution and scale our operations to identify and capitalize on market opportunities in real time.
