Aikom Technology, a leading distributor in the telecommunications and security sectors, has reached a significant milestone by celebrating its 20th anniversary. Founded in Riccione, Italy in 2006, the company has transformed from a niche local distributor into a prominent international player with a turnover of 30 million euros. To mark this two-decade journey, the group—which includes Eurocom Innovazione and Sinora—has officially opened a new branch in Istanbul, Turkey, signaling a major step in its global expansion strategy.
The company’s evolution has been defined by strategic diversification. Starting with wireless internet connections, Aikom Technology expanded its portfolio in 2012 to include professional mobile radio solutions. By 2013, it established a dedicated division for video surveillance and security. These milestones paved the way for a broader internationalization process that began in 2023, already seeing the company establish a presence in Croatia, Albania, Greece, and Cyprus before its recent arrival in Turkey.
President Sabrina Vescovi and General Manager Mauro Renzi credit the company’s success to a multicultural team of 115 professionals, largely composed of young talents from across the Mediterranean. This human capital is the driving force behind the company’s ability to provide critical solutions for industrial and governmental emergency contexts.
